THE REAL DEAL: Our pieces are Solid Sterling Silver and completely nickle-free. Our shells and stones are natural and will retain their beautiful color forever. The Spiny Oyster Shell is named for the spiny protuberances (up to 2 inches long) that cover the outer shell of the mullosk. Colors of the shell range from a bright orange, to a rich red, and a deep purple. Spiny oyster shells are harvested from the Gulf of California.
